Lemon and Black Pepper Grilled Chicken Legs

Serves 4


  • 1/2 cup Rienzi Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper


1.Arrange the chicken in a shallow bowl or baking dish.
2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper.
3. Pour over the chicken, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
4. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook until browned on all sides - about 10 minutes, turning once or twice.
6. If using a gas grill reduce the heat to low and cook 20 minutes. If using a charcoal grill, move the chicken to the edges of the grill, cover and cook over indirect heat. Check for doneness after 20 minutes.
